I have an idea which can reverse the current recession; with NO cost.

It is a bit radical but please hear me out:

The simple way to describe it is 'National or Global Free Money System'.

All heads of state are given permission to give themselves a large sum of money. For example in Britain David Cameron can dictate the money he needs and then 'creates the needed credit FROM NOTHING'.

The sum of this money is calculated from normal fiscal expenditure for the nation.

For example if hospitals need a certain amount, the Prime Minister can create money, simply putting numbers in a secure bank account to cover the costs for the hospitals.

This can also be done for ALL government expenditure.

By doing this many jobs can be saved and also public services. There will never be a need to close hospitals, schools or manufacturing as the pot of money used by the Prime Minister will be endless.

It is an idealistic proposition but under the right pathways can bring the world out of recession and keep many services running.

This can obviously extend to global economies. African Heads of State can use their infinite pot of money to help during famine etc.

Benefits given to all around the world can be increased so that EVERYONE has a good standard of living.

Grants can also be given to those who are in debt. Possibly all means tested.

Again, if the Heads of State can generate their own money pool by creating credit from NOTHING, ALL taxes/national insurance can cease. Money usually paid to services (emergency services etc) can be paid directly from the Heads of State and people can receive FREE help.

All of this will alleviate money restrictions in every country around the world and with all taxes stopped people will have more money to spend.

This can also work if there are global disasters like earthquakes and tsunamis the Heads of State from these countries can create their own money to pay for the cleanup operation, entirely. Including paying victims for the process of rebuilding their homes thus taking the pressure off insurance companies.

NOW, a system like this will need extensive planning, research and patient ways of implementing a system, possibly a referendum or two. But I believe the 'National or Global Free Money System' could work.
